Part 5 Introduction, Chapter 16 1/2 review

European Movement in Modern World History-

I found the reading interesting to find out about the Europeans moment in modern world History. The 19th Century was refereed to as the long 19th Century because of the reign of European dominance over the globe.

The idea of modern society emerged  in Europe. Ideas such as equality, liberty, and increased rights were introduced initially in Europe. The ideas of the Europeans to make modern society more equal was well adopted by the rest of the world.

At the time Europe transformed into a global super power. Europe influenced Africa and Asia heavily, the Europeans introduced the ideas of Christianity. Ideas of religion were transformed around what the society in different countries were accustomed to.

Europe at the time was the most powerful, innovative, prosperous, expansive, and most imitated at the time.

Thanks for taking the time to read.

Best,
Sebastian Alcazar
